We offer two licensing models for Speals products: server-based licensing and user-based licensing (this option is available for some products).

Server-based licensing

This is a model with unlimited number of users and it is applicable for large infrastructures. Please note that all web front end (WFE) servers where the product is installed must be licensed.

User-based licensing

This model is intended for small-scaled infrastructure, when you have limited number of SharePoint users in your environment. SharePoint user is defined as a user, who has access in the site and who is authorized on SharePoint server. This license can be applied for site, site-collection or whole farm.

Delivery

We provide Electronic Software Delivery (ESD). It means you will get the registration code for the software by email after your order is successfully completed. The average time of delivery is 24 hours, usually 10-15 minutes (when you ordering with debit/credit card or PayPal). Entering the registration code to the product once, you remove all trial limitations and obtain the full-functionally version of the product.

Support and Maintenance

We provide FREE support and version updates for the first year. Support and version updates for each subsequent year cost 30% from the official price of the license.

Refund policy

A request for a refund can only be satisfied when it is received BEFORE the license (registration) key has been sent. Once Speals has sent you a license key, the deal is finalized. We strongly recommend you to use free 30-day trial to test the product in your environment. This action allows you to make sure the product meets your needs and requirements before making a final purchase decision.
